This is a reservation campaign for products currently in development. By reserving a DAMP device, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Production Contingency: Each product requires a minimum of 500 reservations before manufacturing begins. If a product does not reach its goal, reservations may be refunded or transferred to other products.
  • Development Timeline: Products are currently in the prototype/development phase. Design, features, and specifications may change during final production.
  • Realistic Delivery Timeline: Expected delivery is 90-120 days after the 500 reservation goal is met and production begins. This timeline accounts for manufacturing setup (30-45 days), quality testing (14-21 days), and international shipping (30-45 days). Delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, quality control requirements, or unforeseen manufacturing challenges. We will provide regular updates on production progress.
  • Product Priority: Products that reach 500 reservations first will be manufactured and shipped first.
  • No Guarantees: While we are committed to delivering high-quality products, we cannot guarantee specific features, delivery dates, or final product specifications until manufacturing is complete.
  • Reservation vs. Purchase: Your payment secures a reservation spot at early-bird pricing. You are supporting product development and will be first in line for delivery.

Refund Policy: If we are unable to manufacture a product due to insufficient reservations, full refunds will be issued. For other refund requests, please contact support@dampdrink.com.
