Setting up your DAMP device is simple! Download the DAMP app, create an account, and follow the in-app pairing instructions. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device is charged.

DAMP devices are designed for long-lasting performance. The DAMP Handle and Silicone Bottom offer up to 6 months of battery life, while the Cup Sleeve provides 4 months and the Baby Bottle lasts 3 months with normal use.

Yes! All DAMP devices are designed to be dishwasher safe. The Silicone Bottom and Cup Sleeve can go in the dishwasher, while the Handle should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Firmware updates are automatically pushed through the DAMP mobile app. Make sure your device is connected and the app is updated to the latest version to receive firmware updates.
